what this includes

We provide complimentary consultations! That way we can meet with you in person, gather more information, assess the space(s), and provide you with a customized estimate for time and cost. Complete our submission form to schedule.

All professional organizing jobs require a $720 minimum (services only)

We accept all major credit cards. Your card information will be collected prior to service but will not be charged until after the completion of your appointment. If you have a pre-paid gift certificate, we will apply those towards your services.

We do ask that our clients are present for the purging and decluttering part of the organization process. The level of availability needed will depend on the nature of the project and can be discussed during the complimentary consultation. 

While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated. Your Lead Organizer will provide you with a close out form to sign at the end of each day. This is not a receipt but an acknowledgement of services, and there is a place to indicate gratuity.

It’s difficult to know which products and how many products are needed prior to decluttering. On the day of service, our team will purchase products needed to properly organize your space(s).

We can assist with relocating packed boxes throughout your home and handle light wall installations such as drilling, when needed. While we don’t offer junk removal directly, we’re happy to coordinate with a trusted third-party service on your behalf or provide a Bagster bag for convenient disposal.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your appointment time. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or "no-shows" will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The charge will automatically be applied to your credit card on file.

The organizing team at UpTown Concierge is fantastic! They were so helpful in preparing our home for a move.
