We provide a complimentary consultation. That way we can meet with you in person, gather more information, assess the space(s), and provide you with a customized estimate for time and cost. Complete our submission form to schedule.

01. How much does it cost?

All professional organization services require a minimum of 3 hours per appointment.

02. Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours that I can book?

We accept MC/Visa/Amex. Your credit card information will be collected prior to service but will not be charged until after the completion of your appointment. If you have a pre-paid gift certificate, we will apply those towards your services.

03. How do I pay for the services?

We do ask that our clients are present for the purging and decluttering part of the organization process. The level of availability needed will depend on the nature of the project and can be discussed during the complimentary consultation. 

04.  Do I need to be home for my appointment?

While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated. Your Lead Organizer will provide you with a close out form to sign at the end of each day. This is not a receipt but an acknowledgement of services, and there is a place to indicate gratuity.

05. Is it customary to tip my Organizers?

It’s difficult to know which products and how many products are needed prior to decluttering. On the day of service, our team will purchase products needed to properly organize your space(s).

06. Will you bring all the products I’ll need with you?

  • Moving packed boxes around the house
  • Drill into walls
  • Junk removal - but we will schedule a third-party junk removal on your behalf to pick up items or provide a Bagster bag 

07. What services are NOT performed by Organizers?

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your appointment time. Any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or "no-shows" will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The charge will automatically be applied to your credit card on file.
