Assistant House Manager Jobs

Are you good - like, really good - at spotting the laundry no one else seems to notice overflowing from the hamper? This position would be a perfect use of your self-motivation and organizing prowess.

As an Assistant House Manager, you become a trusted member of a family’s household. By keeping on top of routine chores, errands, and appointments, you give clients the mental space to focus on what matters most.

Our Assistant House Managers aid families in so many ways. They identify and carry out daily household tasks, including:

  • Washing dishes
  • Doing laundry and ironing
  • General tidying of the house
  • Taking out trash 
  • Keeping an inventory of household items and restocking 
  • Scheduling family appointments 
  • Shopping for groceries and household items
  • Keeping track of a family’s changing needs and responding accordingly

You’re an ideal Assistant House Manager if you:

  • Have experience in related fields such as home management, homemaking, caregiving, cleaning, personal assisting, etc.
  • Are highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Live in (or near) metro Atlanta and able to service families in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas
  • Can work well with families and communicate efficiently 
  • Have a strong eye for details and visual aesthetics
  • Able to maintain client confidentiality
  • Have a driver’s license and car 
  • Have a personal smartphone to use for communication and documentation on the job
