Our Assistant House Managers go the extra mile to take errands and specialized chores off your plate. With AssistUp, we:



Handle returns
Grocery shopping
Drop off and pick up dry cleaning
Schedule appointments
Reorganize mailing address spreadsheets
Restock your beverage fridge
Polish silver
Deadhead and water plants
Toss expired fridge and pantry food
Address holiday cards

TidyUp is priced at $50/hour with a 3 hour minimum

AssistUp is priced at $65/hour with a 3 hour minimum.

While tipping is not required, it is always appreciated, especially over the holidays and when our AHM's really go above and beyond. 

01. Is it customary to tip my Assistant House Manager?

We absolutely can choose different focal areas depending on your home's needs. What we can achieve is limited only by the block of time set for your appointment and the scope of services covered within your service level. 

02.What if I want to change priorities week-over-week?

We will make all necessary arrangements prior to your appointment, so that we can access your home and check off your to-do list. This is best achieved with sharing keyless entry details or giving an alternate entry for access. 


03. What if I’m not home during my appointment?

  • Childcare 
  • Deep cleaning
  • Animal care (walking, litter box, kenneling, etc.)
  • Cooking and meal prep

04. What services are NOT covered by Assistant House Managers? 


Although we do allow cancellations, they really are meant to be one-off as our AHM’s rely on a set weekly schedule and income. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
