Assistant House Managers fill the gap between parent, housekeeper, and nanny for families in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas. This is a long-term position. Our clients want an Assistant House Manager who will grow with their family and each season of their life for the long term. 

Preferred Availability: Between 8:30AM-5PM, Mon-Fri, no weekends required. The schedule will be part-time and determined after hiring, based on your availability.

Requirements:
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • I9 eligible/US work authorization
  • Personal vehicle with valid driver's license/insurance
  • 1 year Personal Assistant, Hospitality experience, Family office, Professional Home Management, Cleaning, Organization Experience (Preferred)
  • Live in or near metro Atlanta, able to service families in their home(s) and run errands in their neighborhood(s) in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas.
  • The ability to commit to this position for the long-term
  • Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough
  • Able to multitask and prioritize well with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain client confidentiality
