Assistant House Managers fill the gap between parent, housekeeper, and nanny for families in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas. You will start the position with one family on a recurring weekly schedule, and at the end of your training period, our goal is to fill your schedule with as many families as you’d like to serve. This is a long-term position. Our clients want an Assistant House Manager who will grow with their family and each season of their life for the long term. 

Preferred Availability: 8:30AM-5PM, Mon-Fri, no weekends required. The schedule will be very part-time, and will be determined after hiring based on your availability.

UpTown Concierge Assistant House Manager duties include but are not limited to:
  • Identifying and executing various daily household tasks 
  • Laundry
  • Ironing
  • Dishes
  • Tidying
  • Wipe down all counters & sink basins
  • Make beds
  • Bring in mail, newspaper, and deliveries
  • Take out and bring in trash, recycling, compost, etc.
  • Keep an inventory of household items and restock
  • Personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, addressing holiday cards, etc.
  • Errands such as dry cleaning pickup, USPS/FedEx/Amazon returns,  
  • Continuously assess processes in the home to achieve optimal efficiency

Requirements:
  • Personal vehicle with valid driver's license/insurance
  • Personal smartphone to use on the job for communication and documentation needs
  • 1 year Personal Assistant, Hospitality experience, Family office, Professional Home Management, Cleaning, Organization Experience (Preferred)
  • Live in or near metro Atlanta, able to service families in their home(s) and run errands in their neighborhood(s) in the Buckhead and Brookhaven areas.
  • The ability to commit to this position for the long-term
  • Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and thorough
  • Able to multitask and prioritize well with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to maintain client confidentiality
  • Proficiency in texting, phone camera, smartphone apps, Google Drive, email, and Trello

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • I9 eligible/US work authorization (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
