UpTown Concierge: 2022 Year In Review

We want to thank all of our customers for a terrific year!

Thank you for being a part of our UpTown Concierge community and for trusting us with your home, your belongings, and for letting us into the chaotic parts of your life.

As we look back on 2022, we are proud of our accomplishments this past year.

Here are some fun numbers for you:

  • We served 150 new customers in 2022! This includes 110 new clients who hired us for the first time this year, as well as 40 returning/recurring clients.
  • Our Organizer team collectively worked over 5,000 hours in 2022. That’s a lot of organizing! Our Assistant House Manager team collectively worked over 1,700 hours.

We added 9 members to the UpTown team, which means that we were able to serve more people than ever before.

We organized
over 60
kitchens & pantries

and we organized over 30 playrooms!

And that doesn’t include homes that we prepared to be put on the market, or all the homes where we managed their packing, unpacking, and general moving coordination.

Without a doubt, our goal is always that our work makes your life easier and happier. It was another amazing year, and we look forward to continuing on this journey with you in 2023.
